5 out of 5 stars Best Game Out There for Xbox 360   July 30, 2010
Matt Garber
It's been a while since I played a game that I wanted to play for as many (hundreds of)hours as I spent on this game. It is extremely immersive, so much so that the interaction with the hundreds of different characters during the dozens of different quests seem very lifelike, and are enjoyable, even after several weeks of play. I'm slower than the average gamer, so I like to take my time exploring the world. This game offers a massive map to explore, and its fun to steal items from houses you break into. There are several different guilds you can join and reach the higher ranks as you progress through the various challenges. My only complaint was that the Oblivion, otherworld, component of the game was a bit tedious -- with many, similarly constructed towers with the same demons inside to be slayed. But that is a minor complaint and doesn't detract much from my overall opinion of the game, which is very positive.

5 out of 5 stars Best Game Ever Made   July 25, 2010

After buying this game, I did not leave my room for weeks. There's so much to do. So many choices to make. I have to admit, I was a little addicted. I can't wait for the next one to come out. I will probably lose another few weeks of my life, but it's well worth it!

3 out of 5 stars Huge but tedious   July 20, 2010

My title says it all. This game is huge but the repetative nature of the tasks makes it tedious. If you've played other Eldar Scroll games before, you know what your getting. The graphics are ok but I've seen better.

5 out of 5 stars BEST GAME EVER!   July 17, 2010

I've played quite a few games over the years. I always like to play games from beginning to end and do everything possible within the game. I have started and finished this game twice and have NEVER done everything in the game. There are SO MANY dungeons, caves, ruins, towns, and so much more!

The only thing I have a problem with is that there are a few game-crashing glitches. Just be sure to save often and give your XBOX a rest every 12 hours or so. Haha.

QUIT YOUR JOB AND BUY OBLIVION!!!

I got this game a year ago from amazon and I still havn't beat it. There are still load and loads of quests to do, and places to discover. The standalone has 100+ hours of gameplay and the expansion ( comes with it) adds about 25 - 30 hours more! Great for the adventurers. The quests are like small stories, each one is different and requires you to do different things. The only downside is that the game is too long for me and I won't be able to beat it because Im always busy.
You can choose which class you want to be and which skills you want to specialize in, such as warrior, one handed swords. Or you can make your own class and choose the pros and cons of it.

Although there are many ways to kill enemies, the game play, especially on the main quest, can get a little repetitive. So if you are into long games this is the best one out there ( along with fallout 3, which was developed by the same company)
